  • MVP Product design

Building an AI application can produce exceptional results, but it traditionally requires significant technical expertise and is time-consuming and costly. Sway’s vision was to make AI easier for any company such that they don’t have to spend enormous amounts of money just to set up ML, Data Science teams, and train models. Instead, Sway wants those companies to spend time on solving ML/AI problems with an intuitive and self-guided platform that requires no coding. The product offering needed to work for business and technical/non-technical AI users. Doing so required intense empathy with those users and keeping the UX incredibly simple.

Sway initially approached Neza to help visualize the AI as a Platform (AIaaP) vision as a potential product offering. This product concept was needed for the roadshow and fundraising. While Sway got a lot of mileage from that and funding from private investors, additional work was required based on feedback and market opportunities. Before the development kicked off on the main product, primary design cycles were needed to emboss the vision into an executable effect and test with users. After that, we embedded ourselves with the development and product teams in 2 weeks sprints for months. As a result, we gained significant institutional knowledge on AI/ML intricacies. Also, after the few two demos and the product validated, Sway was able to secure another round of funding. In the MVP Neza solved UX for the following use domains and respective use cases:
